Return and Refund Policy

To make your shopping experience even more enjoyable, we offer an easy returns system so you can shop with confidence.

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at: office@bexxo.at If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first being returned will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue. Damaged or missing items reported after 5 days will not be refunded

Substitutions
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Repayments
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
